Boosted Listing Terms

A Boost is an optional paid add-on that increases the visibility of a listing for a defined period. These terms apply to every Boost purchase.

What a Boost does

Places your listing into the featured discovery pool for the duration purchased.
All boosted listings rotate evenly within the pool — there is NO ranking advantage from spending more or buying multiple boosts at once.
Boosts may surface your listing in search results, neighborhood feeds, category landing pages, and the Discover map for a longer span than a normal listing.

What a Boost does NOT do

No guarantee of sales. Boosts increase visibility, not buyer interest.
No top-of-feed lock. Fair rotation means even boosted listings share rotation time with other boosted listings.
No protection from removal. A boosted listing that violates policy will still be removed; no Boost refund for policy violations.
No transfer. Boost credits are tied to the specific listing they were purchased for.

Pricing

Disclosed in-app at purchase. Boost SKUs include 24-Hour, 3-Day, Weekend, 7-Day, and Seasonal durations. Prices may change with notice for future purchases; active boosts run at the purchased rate.

Refunds

Once a Boost is active, it is non-refundable except for verified technical failure of the Boost system.
If the boosted listing is removed for policy violation, the Boost is forfeited (no refund).
If the boosted listing is removed by the Platform in error, the Boost duration restarts on republication.
If you cancel a Boost before it begins, full refund.

Subscription benefit (Grower Plus, Grower Pro)

Members at qualifying paid tiers may receive monthly free Boost credits. Free credits do not roll over month-to-month and are not refundable in cash.

Eligibility

Listings must comply with the Prohibited Items policy.
Sellers must have an active, in-good-standing account.
Donations may not be boosted.

Termination

If your account is suspended, all active Boosts are forfeited.
