By posting a listing on My Grow Community, you confirm and agree to ALL of the following:

You grew the produce, plants, or seeds yourself, OR you legally obtained them with the right to resell/share/donate them.
The item was harvested or prepared recently, has been stored appropriately, and is not spoiled.

Form

Items are whole and uncut. No sliced fruit, no shelled nuts, no de-seeded produce.
No commercial, restaurant, or value-added processing unless you have the licenses and you have separately disclosed them to us.

Compliance

You will follow all federal, state, and local food-safety, agricultural-sales, marketplace, and tax laws that apply where you live.
You will not list anything from the Prohibited Items policy.
You will not make medical, health, or nutrition claims.
If you are operating as a business or above any state-mandated threshold, you accept responsibility for your own licensing, reporting, sales tax, and 1099 filings.

Accuracy

Listing photos must depict the actual item or one substantively identical to it.
Quantities, units, and varieties are described truthfully.
Pricing is your own — we are not party to the transaction.

Conduct at hand-off

You will handle items safely from harvest through pickup.
You will meet buyers in safe, mutually agreed locations.
You will not deceive buyers about the condition or origin of the item.

Your liability

You acknowledge that you — not the Platform — are the seller of record for everything you list. If a buyer becomes ill, has a reaction, or has any dispute about the item, the seller is the responsible party. The Platform is a venue; you are the merchant.

Your tax obligations

The Platform does not currently collect taxes on your behalf or issue tax forms. You are responsible for tracking your own revenue and reporting it as required by your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to all of the above, do not post a listing.
