User-Generated Content Policy
This policy covers everything you post on the Platform â listings, photos, profile content, posts, comments, reviews, messages, and any other content you submit.
You keep ownership
You retain all ownership and copyright in the content you submit. The Platform does not take title to your photos, descriptions, or posts.
You grant us a license to display it
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
- Host, store, copy, and back up your content
- Display it as part of the Service
- Reformat it for different devices (mobile, web, email)
- Distribute it within the Service (e.g., search results, recommendations, feeds)
- Use thumbnails and previews in notifications and emails
This license lasts only as long as your content is on the Platform. When you delete content, the license ends for that content (cached copies may persist briefly).
You warrant ownership and rights
You confirm that:
- The content is yours, or you have permission from the owner
- It does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other third-party right
- People appearing in any photo have consented to that use
- It complies with our Community Guidelines
DMCA / copyright complaints
If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to dmca@mygrowcommunity.com with:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work
2. Identification of the infringing material and where it appears
3. Your contact information
4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
6. Your physical or electronic signature
We respond promptly to valid notices.
Our right to remove
We may remove any content at our discretion for: violating our policies, legal risk, safety concerns, or any other reason. We are not obligated to publish or display every submission.
Public vs. private content
- Public â listings, profile, posts, comments, reviews â visible to other users
- Private â direct messages â visible only to the conversation participants and (for moderation under report or legal hold) admins
Prohibited content
You may not post anything that:
- Violates our Community Guidelines
- Violates anyone's privacy (e.g., revealing addresses, phone numbers, sensitive personal data)
- Is harassing, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory
- Is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate
- Promotes prohibited items
- Infringes intellectual property
- Contains malware, phishing, or spam
