Every membership tier on My Grow Community includes the same community pillars: unlimited free pickups, donations, trades, messaging, and the discovery map. The differences are about scale, premium tools, and how much we take when you make a paid sale.

At a glance

• Grower Plus ($4.99/mo) — for active home gardeners. 15 sale listings, premium dashboards, free monthly boosts, 3.5% sale fee.
• Grower Pro ($9.99/mo) — for serious growers and small farms. Unlimited listings, advanced analytics, more free boosts, 2.5% sale fee.
• Organization Plus ($9.99/mo) — for nonprofits and shelters that receive donations. Verified org badge, donation directory placement, impact dashboard.

Free Member — $0

The default tier when you sign up. Designed to be genuinely useful, not crippled.

• Up to 2 active sale listings at a time
• Up to 5 photos per listing
• Unlimited donation, trade, and free-pickup listings — never any cap
• 5% platform fee on paid sales (donations, trades, and free pickups have no fee, ever)
• The Grow Assistant: 12 rule-based tools (diagnose plant problems, plan a garden, suggest prices)
• The basic Listing Score (a 0–100 grade for your listing quality)
• 3 pickup message templates (Confirm, Reminder, Thank-you)
• Full marketplace browsing, messaging, ratings, and map access

Pick Free if: you're trying the platform out, you mostly trade or donate, or you sell only occasionally.

Grower Plus — $4.99/month or $49/year

For active home gardeners who list regularly.

Everything in Free, plus:

• Up to 15 active sale listings — 7.5× the Free limit
• Up to 10 photos per listing — twice the Free limit
• 3.5% platform fee on paid sales — saves 1.5 percentage points versus Free
• 2 free 24-hour boosts every month (~$1.98 monthly perk value)
• The ✓ Plus badge on your profile, listings, and comments
• Sales dashboard with top sellers, category mix, and reviews snapshot
• Transactions dashboard with per-order timeline and CSV export
• Donations dashboard with top-recipient orgs and the verified-org needs feed
• Trades dashboard with your top trade partners
• Full 11-point Listing Score with specific fix suggestions for every criterion
• All 6 pickup message templates — adds Running-late, No-show follow-up, and Donation thank-you
• Auto-fill from your listings — picking a listing pre-populates the pickup message
• Featured in the "Growers near you" strip on the discovery page

Pick Plus if: you sell at least 1–2 items per week, you want better discovery placement, or your Free-tier sales fees are starting to add up.

Break-even math: Plus pays for itself versus Free at roughly $166/month in paid sales — saving 1.5pp recovers the $5/mo subscription. Most active sellers hit this in their first 3–4 weeks.

Grower Pro — $9.99/month or $99/year

For serious growers, market gardeners, and small farms.

Everything in Grower Plus, plus:

• Unlimited active sale listings — no cap
• Up to 20 photos per listing — twice Plus
• 2.5% platform fee on paid sales — saves another 1pp versus Plus, 2.5pp versus Free
• 2 free 24-hour boosts plus 1 free 7-day boost every month — about $6.97 of monthly boost value built into the $9.99 subscription
• The ★ Pro gold-gradient badge on every listing, post, and comment
• 30-day revenue chart, monthly goal tracker, and smart recommendations on the Sales dashboard
• 30-day trend charts on Transactions and Donations
• Tone selector on pickup messages: Warm / Brief / Pro — same templates rewritten for context
• Slight tier-based ranking boost in the boosted-listings pool

Pick Pro if: you're running a market garden, doing 10+ orders per week, or your monthly boost spend would exceed $7.

Break-even math: Pro pays for itself versus Plus at roughly $500/month in additional paid sales. Plus the included monthly boosts save you another $7/month, so Pro effectively pays for itself at much lower volume than the fee-only math suggests.

Organization Plus — $9.99/month or $99/year

For shelters, food banks, school gardens, community kitchens, and other nonprofits that receive donations.

Everything in Grower Pro, plus:

• Verified organization badge (⌂ Verified Org) — admin-reviewed after you submit through the verification page
• Featured listing in the public Donation Directory
• Donation request posts and a Needs list — post what your organization needs, growers see and respond
• Impact dashboard — track total donations received, families fed, top donors
• Volunteer pickup requests — request a driver, neighbors in the community claim and deliver
• Donation receipt upload per transaction — for donors who want a tax receipt

Fee structure for organizations: 5% on paid sales (not 2.5%) since the org tier is built around receiving donations, not selling. Donations remain free, always — the platform never charges to receive donated produce.

Pick Organization Plus if: you're a 501(c)(3) or similar nonprofit that regularly receives donated produce.

Business and sponsor tiers

All three include the perks of Grower Pro plus the included monthly boost credits.

What never costs anything

No matter which tier you're on, these are always free:

• Donations — giving away produce to anyone
• Trades — swapping produce with another grower
• Free-pickup listings — giving stuff away locally
• Requests — asking for produce you need
• Messaging any other user
• Browsing the marketplace and discovery map
• Joining community groups
• Posting to the community feed
• Reading the knowledge base

The pricing model is fundamentally about scale and premium tools — never about gating community participation.

Changing tiers

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual subscribers get a prorated credit toward the new plan when upgrading mid-year. Cancellations keep your tier active through the rest of the paid period — no early termination.
