How do listing boosts work?
A boost is a one-time payment that puts your listing into the featured pool at the top of search results for a set duration. It's optional — listings without boosts still show up in regular results.
The 5 boost options
- 24-Hour Boost — $0.99 for 1 day
- 3-Day Boost — $1.99 for 3 days
- Weekend Boost — $2.99 for Friday–Sunday
- 7-Day Boost — $4.99 for 7 days
- Seasonal Boost — $9.99 for 30 days
The rotation system
Here's the part that makes My Grow Community different from most "promoted listings" systems: boosted listings rotate evenly throughout the day. Every visitor in the same 10-minute window sees the same order; the order shuffles every 10 minutes so each boost gets fair exposure across the day.
This means:
- No bidding wars. Whether you bought a $0.99 24-hour or a $9.99 seasonal, you get the same equal slice of featured time.
- No buying-to-the-top. A latecomer can't displace you with a bigger purchase. Once you're in the pool, you're in.
- Stacking adds duration, not rank. Buying a second boost on the same listing extends how long you're featured, not how high you appear.
Free monthly boosts for paid tiers
- Grower Plus subscribers get 2 free 24-hour boosts every month ($1.98 value)
- Grower Pro and Organization Plus subscribers get 2 free 24-hour boosts + 1 free 7-day boost every month ($6.97 value)
Unused boosts don't roll over — they reset on the 1st of each month. To redeem, visit any of your listings and click "Boost" — eligible users see a green "✨ N free remaining" card next to each option.
Tier ordering inside the boosted pool
Within the boosted pool, higher-tier sellers get a slight ranking edge as a tiebreaker (Grower Pro > Grower Plus > Free Member). This is a small premium-tier perk, not a paywall — boosted listings always beat non-boosted ones regardless of tier.
Refunds on boosts
Boosts are non-refundable once activated, because the featured-slot exposure happens immediately. If you have a billing dispute, see the Refund Policy.
